Yes. Estimates are always free, and you approve the price before we start any work.
Do you offer financing on a new system?
Yes, through Palmetto. You can check what you qualify for online before committing to anything, and applying does not oblige you to book the work. Rates and terms are set by the lender, not by us.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Oklahoma license #151806, and we carry insurance on every job. You are welcome to ask for proof of both before any work starts — any contractor worth hiring will hand it over without fuss.
Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?
Three things decide it: how old the unit is, what the repair costs next to a replacement, and whether the rest of the system is near the end of its life too. As a rough line, once a unit is past twelve to fifteen years and the repair runs to a large share of replacement cost, replacing tends to cost less over time. We will tell you which side of that line you are on before you spend anything.
How often should HVAC equipment be serviced?
Twice a year is the standard: air conditioning in the spring and the furnace in the fall. Our Seasonal plan covers both visits for $175 per system per year, and the Quarterly plan covers four visits for $265 per system per year.
Do you install and repair gas lamps?
Yes — it is a specialty of ours alongside the heating and air side. A new install covers the gas line, the trenching and the concrete base. On an existing lamp we replace mantles, valves and glass, and a neglected one can usually be brought back rather than swapped out.
